Objectives of the PositionEnsure all tanks (East China) running at a good statusEnsure the smooth launch of the new projects in the responsible location (East China)Good communication with customersMaintain good reputation for BASF E-Coat productMeet EHS requirement and report EHS problemMain Tasks：Regular line inspection/conduct by regular visit, including bath and process parameters？Lead the new launch activitiesLead/Participant troubleshooting projects and provide technical solutionsPublish formal technical report to customers, such as visit report, operating and process instruction, launch report, etc.Lead line trials and other activities which are required by customer or RMs replacement Meet company/onsite customers' requirements EHSEducation: Bachelor or above Working Experience: above 5 years experiences in E-Coat applicationTechnical
