Position summary:
The IT System Expert Production Platforms takes care of application architecture in a professional mode according to ITIL standard processes. This includes collaboration and consultancy of other IT departments and the business. Furthermore, the IT Expert will work in a hybrid environment with cloud and on-premise solutions.
In this role the IT Expert will be part of a global team but also the main responsible one for a defined range of applications. As a member of the global team the IT Expert is part of a follow the sun support for all applications and provides on-call duty service for a small number of business-critical applications.
