Purpose of the Role

To design toy products and develop innovative ideas and graphics that meet the TRU strategy and surprise and delight all of our markets and our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

· Generate creative and innovative toy and lifestyle concepts and designs that meet market needs and align with brand identity

· Develop sketches, renderings, graphics and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to refine designs and ensure feasibility

· Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and consumer insights to inform design decisions

· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs

· Create detailed design specifications, designs and documentation for production

Requirements

EDUCATION：Bachelor's degree in industrial design, graphic design, or related field. Minimum 3 years proven experience in product design, preferably in the toy industry. Experience working with IP is highly preferred /brand.

SPECIFIC BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or SolidWorks

COMPETENCY:Strong sketching and rendering skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
